Studies
In the area of studies, Dionysios offers academic coaching to students with ADHD in higher education at every level, foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral. This support helps students to develop specialised skills and strategies tailored to them and their educational context, such as honing executive function skills, setting realistic goals, managing time effectively, improving their research and writing, building confidence and mastering self-advocacy. As the challenges ADHD poses on students are not only limited to study skills, academic coaching takes a holistic approach by addressing the entirety of a student’s life, from managing social interactions and building healthy relationships, to navigating everyday tasks like maintaining a clean and productive living space. Academic coaching also encompasses developing practical advice on balancing part-time work with studies, and instilling habits for effective self-care, such as healthy eating, exercise and sleep routines. Additionally, it includes support on financial planning and budgeting, and preparing for life post-graduation with planning for future career paths. Work In the realm of work, Dionysios provides specialised career coaching for individuals with ADHD, addressing their unique needs and aspirations in the professional world. Career coaching is designed to empower neurodivergent individuals at various stages of their careers, whether looking for their first job, wanting to improve their performance in their current role, or contemplating a career transition after feeling stagnant or facing challenges like redundancy. Dionysios helps clients reflect on their career journey, identifying what energises or frustrates them in a process that involves a deep exploration of personal strengths, interests and lifestyle choices, creating a path towards fulfilling career paths. Through increased self-awareness, support and accountability, career coaching helps clients to reevaluate past career decisions and better position themselves to seize emerging opportunities or adapt current roles to complement their unique cognitive profile, enhancing performance at work and overall well-being. Family Dionysios offers specialised family coaching tailored to the diverse needs of individuals and families managing ADHD. This type of coaching can involve individual or group work and can take many forms, reflecting each family’s distinct context, circumstances and needs. Dionysios provides couples coaching specifically designed to assist partners, where one or both may have ADHD, in overcoming the particular challenges their neurotype presents in their relationship. Couples coaching focuses on developing effective strategies to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, deepen mutual understanding and foster a positive environment. In parent coaching, Dionysios works collaboratively with parents and caregivers of children with ADHD. Through a structured yet warm and non-judgmental approach, Dionysios examines the unique challenges ADHD introduces into the family dynamics and equips parents with tailored strategies and practical tools to help them maintain a stable and nurturing atmosphere at home, better understand and support their child’s needs, become skilful advocates, and more effectively nurture their child’s abilities and strengths, laying a strong foundation to support their growth into a confident and successful adult. Parent coaching is inclusive, catering to one or more caregivers, and when appropriate, the entire family unit, to ensure a comprehensive understanding and supportive approach. |

Testimonials
“Dionysios was a wonderful listener. He understood the unique challenges involved in managing ADHD, from the way appointments were scheduled and reminded, to the actual conversations themselves. Every conversation was insightful. I would often discover some habits or patterns of behaviour that get in the way of my goals or of just keeping it all together. The conversations were always smooth and relaxed yet still tended towards important aspects of ADHD and goals. Highly recommended coach”
- BJ, Academic
“Dionysios helped me break down my big life decisions into actionable steps. Without his support and guidance I would probably still be stumbling blind in pursuit of my goals. In just over month I was able to set myself course, and in three more months, I was able to reach my goals”
- Julian, Materials Science Researcher and Data Analytics Instructor
“My sessions with Dionysios have led to very positive changes in my life. He helped me develop a strategy to improve my sleeping, which was simple but effective, and for the first time in ten years I sleep well and feel rested in the mornings. Dionysios helped to clarify what I was feeling, worried about, or required to do and then helped me navigate some potentially difficult situations, such as assisting me in planning for meetings with key figures for a major project I am engaged in. He has also shown me how I can improve my general health through a number of simple actions. At all times, he has been friendly, upbeat, proactive and encouraging. I would thoroughly recommend Dionysios to anyone and I hope that he goes on to help many others, as he has helped me!”

He helped me improve different aspects of my daily life, such as sleeping, studying and setting goals, based on my needs and feedback. Most important to me is the feeling of safety and support. He is always friendly and supportive in the sessions, non-judgmental and with great understanding”
