ADHD Coaching
ADHD coaching is a targeted, action-oriented process designed to assist individuals with ADHD (or ADHD traits) to overcome challenges and achieve their personal, educational and professional goals. Practical and collaborative in nature, ADHD coaching can provide focus, structure, accountability and tailored strategies to enhance executive functioning, facilitating personal growth and the achievement of specific objectives.
Unlike therapy, ADHD coaching is present- and future-focused, and while it involves reflecting on past experiences and welcomes every aspect of the client’s identity as part of the process, the intention is not emotional healing but rather to extract insights that may be useful in addressing present-day issues.
Dionysios offers ADHD coaching that focuses on two broad areas, studies and work:

Coaching approach
At the core of Dionysios’ coaching philosophy is a deeply rooted belief in the transformative power of individualised support. A dedicated listener, Dionysios aims to help clients go deeper and uncover patterns and habits that might impede their growth. Driven by empathy, proactive encouragement and evidence-based methods, he ensures that each session is customised to meet his clients’ unique needs and challenges, propelling them closer to their personal or professional goals.
What happens in a coaching session
In a typical session with Dionysios, clients can expect an atmosphere that is relaxed yet highly focused, friendly yet result-oriented. Armed with a range of practical tools and frameworks, and employing a mix of active listening, probing questions and constructive feedback, Dionysios assists clients in effectively assessing their values, motivations and circumstances, before helping them identify their available choices, create a detailed plan of action, and put in place strategies to ensure they stay on track and reach their objectives.
Duration
ADHD coaching is designed to be a finite journey, with the aim of fostering autonomy by developing metacognitive skills and strategies that clients can carry forward. This process equips them to leverage their unique strengths and navigate their challenges independently in the future. The length of the coaching varies depending on the context and area of focus, but typically spans 6 to 12 sessions.

Testimonials
“Working with Dionysios has been genuinely and profoundly life-changing. When we started our sessions, I was professionally vulnerable and had lost my self-confidence. His empathy, insight, and practical strategies helped me see myself and my strengths in a completely new light. Through his coaching, I have strengthened my organisational and problem-solving skills, improved my working relationships, and, perhaps most importantly, rediscovered my creativity, self-belief, and self-compassion. I have felt deeply seen and understood throughout the process, thanks to Dionysios’s balance of warmth and thoughtful challenge. I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact he has had on both my professional life and my overall sense of self”

“Dr Dionysios Kyropoulos is an outstanding ADHD coach and trainer whose work has been genuinely transformative for me.
His deep understanding of neurodiversity, combined with a compassionate, practical approach, helped me feel seen, supported, and empowered to understand my ADHD in a whole new way. Every session left me with clear insights, tools I could actually use, and a sense of grounded hope. Dionysios creates an affirming and safe space that honours your unique brain rather than trying to "fix" it. Something that felt deeply healing and refreshing. His professional expertise, lived understanding, and humour make him a rare and brilliant practitioner. I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for authentic, affirming, and effective ADHD support”
– Kate, Mental Health Nurse
“I really enjoyed working with Dionysios. He is professional, meticulous, and incredibly empathetic—a quality that can be challenging to master if it's not innate. Dionysios has a remarkable ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms. My conversations with him have been a journey of self-reflection, growth, and learning. I wholeheartedly recommend Dionysios to anyone in need of support. We can all become stronger; sometimes, we just need a little help”

It’s enabled me to see things from a different perspective and identify what truly matters to me. Dionysios provides a safe and open environment where I feel comfortable being my true self. – Laura
“Dionysios was a wonderful listener. He understood the unique challenges involved in managing ADHD, from the way appointments were scheduled and reminded, to the actual conversations themselves. Every conversation was insightful. I would often discover some habits or patterns of behaviour that get in the way of my goals or of just keeping it all together. The conversations were always smooth and relaxed yet still tended towards important aspects of ADHD and goals. Highly recommended coach”
– BJ, Academic
“Working with Dionysios was a very empowering experience. He skilfully coached me to overcome my self-limiting beliefs and to feel confident to embrace my new professional role. With his support I am now preparing myself to set up my own business, which I could not envisage prior to coaching. Dionysios managed to do this with warmth, firm but gentle challenge and humour. The sessions were purposeful but enjoyable and I never felt stupid or judged. I left every session feeling positive, enthusiastic and keen to move forward. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others”
– Gill, Adolescent Wellbeing Coach
“Dionysios helped me break down my big life decisions into actionable steps. Without his support and guidance I would probably still be stumbling blind in pursuit of my goals. In just over month I was able to set myself course, and in three more months, I was able to reach my goals”
– Julian, Materials Science Researcher and Data Analytics Instructor
“My sessions with Dionysios have led to very positive changes in my life. He helped me develop a strategy to improve my sleeping, which was simple but effective, and for the first time in ten years I sleep well and feel rested in the mornings. Dionysios helped to clarify what I was feeling, worried about, or required to do and then helped me navigate some potentially difficult situations, such as assisting me in planning for meetings with key figures for a major project I am engaged in. He has also shown me how I can improve my general health through a number of simple actions. At all times, he has been friendly, upbeat, proactive and encouraging. I would thoroughly recommend Dionysios to anyone and I hope that he goes on to help many others, as he has helped me!”
– Tai, Marine Biologist and Author

“Dionysios is a very nice and kind person, making me feel comfortable to share my problems and the impact of ADHD on my life. He helped me improve different aspects of my daily life, such as sleeping, studying and setting goals, based on my needs and feedback. Most important to me is the feeling of safety and support. He is always friendly and supportive in the sessions, non-judgmental and with great understanding”
– Kat, PhD Student
“I work with Dionysios Kyropoulos as my ADHD study support coach at university, and the difference he has made to my academic life and my confidence has been huge. From our first session, I felt understood. He did not treat me like a student with generic learning differences. He understood how an ADHD brain works and adapted everything around me. I never felt judged, rushed, or dismissed. I felt safe, focused, and supported. He goes far beyond academic skills. He helps me manage overwhelm, anxiety, and motivation using practical strategies I use every day. He breaks tasks into clear steps, keeps me accountable, and helps me stay on track without pressure. When I struggle, he gives feedback in a calm, constructive way that never triggers shame or rejection sensitivity. This has been life-changing for me. Academically, my organisation, clarity, and belief in myself have improved. Personally, I feel more regulated and capable. He understands both the cognitive and emotional sides of ADHD, which is rare and incredibly valuable. If you are a student with ADHD and want support from someone who genuinely understands your brain and knows how to work with it, I cannot recommend him highly enough”
