ADHD Coaching / Academic Coaching
Dionysios offers academic coaching to students with ADHD in higher education at every level, foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral.
This support helps students to develop specialised skills and strategies tailored to them and their educational context, such as honing executive function skills, setting realistic goals, managing time effectively, improving their research and writing, building confidence and mastering self-advocacy. As the challenges ADHD poses on students are not only limited to study skills, academic coaching takes a holistic approach by addressing the entirety of a student’s life, from managing social interactions and building healthy relationships, to navigating everyday tasks like maintaining a clean and productive living space. Academic coaching also encompasses developing practical advice on balancing part-time work with studies, and instilling habits for effective self-care, such as healthy eating, exercise and sleep routines. Additionally, it includes support on financial planning and budgeting, and preparing for life post-graduation with planning for future career paths. |

Testimonials
“Dionysios was a wonderful listener. He understood the unique challenges involved in managing ADHD, from the way appointments were scheduled and reminded, to the actual conversations themselves. Every conversation was insightful. I would often discover some habits or patterns of behaviour that get in the way of my goals or of just keeping it all together. The conversations were always smooth and relaxed yet still tended towards important aspects of ADHD and goals. Highly recommended coach”

“My coaching journey with Dionysios has honestly been one of the most valuable learning experiences I’ve ever had. It’s enabled me to see things from a different perspective and identify what truly matters to me. Dionysios provides a safe and open environment where I feel comfortable being my true self. He’s helped me to make an important career and ultimately a life decision, and I feel very positive about the future”
- Emma, Charity Learning Manager
“Dionysios helped me break down my big life decisions into actionable steps. Without his support and guidance I would probably still be stumbling blind in pursuit of my goals. In just over month I was able to set myself course, and in three more months, I was able to reach my goals”
- Julian, Materials Science Researcher and Data Analytics Instructor
“My sessions with Dionysios have led to very positive changes in my life. He helped me develop a strategy to improve my sleeping, which was simple but effective, and for the first time in ten years I sleep well and feel rested in the mornings. Dionysios helped to clarify what I was feeling, worried about, or required to do and then helped me navigate some potentially difficult situations, such as assisting me in planning for meetings with key figures for a major project I am engaged in. He has also shown me how I can improve my general health through a number of simple actions. At all times, he has been friendly, upbeat, proactive and encouraging. I would thoroughly recommend Dionysios to anyone and I hope that he goes on to help many others, as he has helped me!”
- Tai, Marine Biologist and Author
